Hahah! Not in Finland. In all comercials the actors are like they’ve been already tazed couple of times. However I’ve watched sum of those american TV shopping channels,(yes they do show ‘em here) so I know what you’re talking about.
Yeah I worked in advertising for years, never was comfortable with that staged sincerity. It’s all helpful assistance for the sub-conscience when you’re trying to pick out a stapler but.. argh, it’s offensive.

i smile like a chesire cat while i take care of my residents all the time, but it’s cuz i’ve been there for 4 years (which isn’t long to you but is TOO Friggin long for me lol)… and at *my* work we go crazy easily & quickly LMAO :p
